Terms and Conditions

  • For these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to The UK & Ireland Minnesota Vikings Fan Club. The “Prize” refers to a signed Andrew Van Ginkel mini helmet.
  • The Promoter must receive all entries by 17:59 GMT on 16/11/25, in person at one of our official watch parties in London or Leeds.
  • One (1) winner will be selected based on the entrant correctly guessing the final score of the week 11 game between the Vikings and the Bears, and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  • In the event that two entrants guess the correct final score, or are equally close to the final score, the winner will be determined by the entrants’ guess of the total Vikings offensive yards in the same game (closest to the total wins).
  • In the event that two winning entrants guess the correct total Vikings offensive yards, or are equally close to the Vikings’ total offensive yards, the winner will be determined by a draw using Google’s random number generator.
  • The Promoter’s competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom & Ireland.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older on the date of their entry.
  • Committee members of the UK & Ireland Minnesota Vikings Fan Club, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  • Instagram and Facebook are not affiliated with or involved in this raffle.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability in connection with the competition or under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under these terms and conditions, in connection to the raffle or any Prize, for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost or damage was reasonably foreseeable or contemplated.
  • The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
  • If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter may post the winner’s name and/or social media username on The Promoter’s official social media channels.
